Which Data Rooms can I see in Data Room Directory

A Data Room Directory is the page where you as an admin or member of multiple Data Rooms can see all your Data Rooms along with some useful information. You can also create a new Data Room from this page.

To be able to access the Data Room Directory, you have to be member of that.

To be able to create Data Rooms from a Data Room DIrectory, you have to be a Group Owner or a Membership Manager of that, beside being a Member.

These are the Data Rooms you will be able to see in the Data Room DIrectory

1. The Data Rooms originating from this Directory, and of which you are Member of - This will allow you to access the Data Room from the Directory, and operate as a member of the Data Room
2. The Data Rooms originating from this Directory, and of which you are a Member and Owner of - This will allow you to access the Data Room from the Directory, and operate as an owner of the Data Room. You can add new members, and access the underlying SharePoint site.
