Envision IT is committed to supporting the ongoing success of our global customer base. For clients of Extranet User Manager with licenses that support up to 1,000 users or more, the subscription includes a range of support services including troubleshooting email support, one hands-on upgrade of the product instance per year, a pool of hours for Subject-Matter Expert access, and quarterly health checks.

Support calls will be taken within normal office hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST Monday to Friday) but our aim is to be flexible. We will respond by phone or email within 4 business hours of acknowledging the request for support and outlining next steps or missing information for resolution.
