Remove a member from a EUM Group

One can remove a User from a EUM Group using EUM Admin if one has any one of the below EUM Roles:

  1. Membership Manager
  2. Group Owner
  3. Group Creator
  4. EUM Manager
  5. Global Admin

A member can be removed from a Group either through the Group Details page, or User Details page.

Remove member from a Group using Group Details page in EUM Admin

  1. Login to EUM Admin
  2. Click "Search Groups"
  3. Search for the group you want to remove the user from
  4. Click the Group in the Search Result to load the Group Details page

  5. In the Group Details page, click the Users tab to go to that view

  6. Once in the Users view, select the concerned user from the Group Members box, and click the bin to remove it

  7. Check and confirm the removal of the member in the confirmation prompt

  8. The user will be removed from the group, and a success message will be displayed.

Remove member from a Group using User Details page in EUM Admin

  1. Login to EUM Admin
  2. Click "Search Users"
  3. Search for the user you want to remove the group from
  4. Click the User in the Search Result to load the User Details page

  5. In the User Details page, click the Groups tab to go to that view

  6. Select the concerned group from the Group Memberships box, and click the bin

  7. Check and confirm the removal of the group in the confirmation prompt

  8. The user will be removed from the group, and a success message will be displayed.
