Publish pages from CMS to Live site

The EUM CMS Site, if installed, is used for publishing EUM Portal contents.
After a page is created in CMS, and content written to satisfaction, click to Save the page
When the page is saved, click the Gear icon to the top right and select Publish
The EUM Publisher runs every 15 minutes, so there could be a 15 minutes delay before the page is available in the Live site.
