Create a EUM Group connected to LMS365 Training Plan

In EUM version 6.14.1276.2 and above, EUM Group can be created and connected to Learn365 Course Catalog, Training Plan, or Course all within one form. Please follow the below steps to create a EUM Group connected to Learn365:

  1. Login to EUM Admin as EUM Group Creator or EUM Manager or Azure AD User Admin or Group Admin or Global Admin.
  2. In the left hand menu click Add New Group. EUM 7.0 and above will have a Group link in the lef hand menu. Click that, and then click Add New Group button to the top right of the page.
  3. Click on the LMS365 card.

  4. Depending upon what this group needs to be connected to, either select Course, Training Plan, or Course Catalog. In this example we will take the path of connecting the group with a Training Plan, so select Training Plan.

  5. This will populate a dropdown list of Course Catalogs to select from. Please select the appropriate Course Catalog, which the Training Plan is a part of.

  6. This will populate a dropdown to select the Training Plan from. You can limit the dropdown items by selecting Published or Unpublished Training Plans in the filter beside the Training Plan dropdown.

  7. After filter is applied, select the Training Plan this group needs to be connected to from the Training Plan dropdown.

  8. This will display you the Training Plan Details so you know that the correct Training Plan is selected
  9. Enter the Group Display Name, and click Save

Learn365 Admin (Optional)

  1. Login to LMS Admin
  2. Navigate to the Training Plan
  3. Select the Training Plan to be integrated with EUM
  4. Click Manage People in the left hand menu
  5. Click Enroll Learners or Enroll Groups as your current Learn365 version may suggest.

  6. Type in EUM in the right hand search box. That will bring up a list of EUM Groups
  7. Select the appropriate one to add it.
