Cannot Find/Edit New User Added

This could happen if a Group Owner adds a new user and misses adding a group to the user. If the Group Owner has access to see the users only of the owned groups, then any user not added to the owned groups would not be visible. In that case, anyone who has the following access needs to be contacted to put the new user into the correct group.

  • Configuration Editor in EUM V5 or below.
  • EUM Manager or EUM Adminsitrator in EUM V6 and above.
