Envision IT and BGCC
Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada (BGCC) is a leading provider of quality programs to children and youth that support healthy physical, educational and social development. As part of their marketing strategy, BGCC wanted to revitalize their public website and members-only extranet. The goal was to increase public awareness of the breadth and scope of Boys and Girls Clubs, engage donors and provide consistent quality of service. Envision IT’s cutting-edge solution used Microsoft SharePoint to build a flexible, customized and fully integrated web platform, with the additional security of an extranet.

Envision IT tapped into the core services offered in Microsoft SharePoint to build an intranet known as “Clubhouse” – a functional yet informal solution that fosters participation and information sharing for all BGCC employees.
