Envision IT Canada's Top Growing Companies for 2026

We’re excited to announce that Envision IT is on the 2026 Report on Business list of Canada’s Top Growing Companies.

Envision IT earned a spot on this year’s list after achieving 68% revenue growth over the past three years. The annual ranking recognizes Canadian companies with strong growth, ambition, and ongoing innovation.

This recognition reflects our team’s dedication and our partners' trust in us. It also shows how Envision IT has grown while staying true to our core mission: making Microsoft simple. We appreciate everyone’s support, which inspires us to keep getting better.

This recognition highlights our team’s hard work, the trust of our customers and partners, and Envision IT’s growth from a Microsoft consulting and solutions provider to a software company serving organizations in North America, Europe, and beyond. Through all these changes, we have stayed true to our mission of making Microsoft simple.

Growing by 'making Microsoft simple'

For nearly 38 years, Envision IT has helped organizations improve collaboration, governance, knowledge management, and digital workplace adoption with Microsoft 365. Since we began in 1988, before SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Teams, or Copilot, our work has grown alongside Microsoft’s technology.

We have transitioned from building custom solutions and SharePoint platforms to developing modern digital workplaces using Microsoft 365, Teams, Azure, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem. Throughout these changes, our core focus has remained consistent: making complex technology more accessible, practical, and beneficial for everyone.

Today, we help organizations address new challenges such as supporting hybrid teams, managing remote workforces, collaborating with external partners, handling increasing data volumes, ensuring security and compliance, and integrating AI into the workplace.

Making Microsoft simple now involves more than just connecting people to technology; it’s about empowering organizations to securely link their people, data, teams, partners, customers, and knowledge to generate real business value.

“Our growth reflects a significant shift in how organizations work,” said Peter Carson, Founder and CEO of Envision IT and a 17-time Microsoft MVP. “Businesses now handle more information, more outside partners, more compliance needs, and more changes driven by AI than ever before. The challenge isn’t just connecting people to technology anymore. It’s about helping people securely connect data, teams, partners, customers, and knowledge to create real business value.”

Making the next generation of Microsoft technology simpler

For IT leaders, preparing for AI is as much about managing information as adopting new technology. As organizations explore Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Fabric, SharePoint, Teams, and other AI tools, secure access to accurate, trusted, and well-managed information is more important than ever.

Issues such as outdated content, incorrect permissions, scattered information, and inconsistent governance can make it difficult for organizations to realize real value from AI. Envision IT helps customers build a stronger information foundation by integrating technology, governance, security, information architecture, and best-practice adoption.

Our software solutions help Microsoft 365 customers address governance, security, and collaboration challenges. Extranet User Manager enables organizations to work securely with external users at scale, and Tenant Dashboard for Microsoft 365 helps administrators monitor and improve governance across their environments.

Together with our consulting expertise, these solutions help organizations build a secure, well-governed information foundation needed for Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Fabric, SharePoint, Teams, and other AI tools. This foundation enables employees, partners, and customers to access trusted information while organizations maintain the right security and compliance controls.

“We believe the future of work will depend on how well organizations connect people, knowledge, and AI,” Peter Catson says. "Whether it’s working with outside partners, managing sensitive information, or helping employees find and use knowledge more easily, secure digital workplaces are more important than ever. This recognition shows we’re helping organizations solve some of their biggest business challenges."

As Microsoft rolls out new features, our job is to help customers understand what these changes mean for their business, set up the right foundations, and turn complex technology into solutions people can use confidently.

The people and partnerships behind our growth

Being named to Canada’s Top Growing Companies is a meaningful achievement for Envision IT. It reflects our team's expertise and commitment, the trust our customers and partners place in us, and our shared goal of building digital workplaces that better support the people who use them.

Working with customers, partners, and the wider Microsoft community motivates us to keep learning and growing. When organizations face new challenges, it gives us the chance to find new ways for consulting, software, and Microsoft technology to work together to solve them.

We’re thankful to everyone who has been part of our journey, and we’re excited about what’s next. As Microsoft technology evolves, Envision IT will keep growing. We’ll keep expanding our expertise, services, and software to help our customers meet new challenges, always guided by our core principle: making Microsoft simpler for everyone who uses it.
