Envision IT President Speaking at HSPUG September 2012

The Hamilton SharePoint Users Group was started in 2011 to help support the growing SharePoint community in Hamilton with monthly user group meetings. Each meeting features a catered social, Q&A, and a featured presentation. All are welcome!

The group will be meeting on Thursday, September 20, 2012 at 6:00 PM.

It will be located at the HARRRP Community Centre, 705 Main Street East, Hamilton.

Topic: Publishing Site​ Upgr​​ade to SharePoint 2013

The featured speaker for this event is Peter Carson, the President of Envision IT.​

The first part of this talk will be a discussion of the process for upgrading a site to 2013 and the second half of the talk will be a walk-through of some of the cool new features in 2013 from a WCM perspective.

  • 6:00pm – Pizza and social
  • 6:30pm – Intro & Q&A about SharePoint issues (everyone can ask & answer)
  • 7:00pm – Feature presentation
  • 8:30pm – Closing
