Do you love digging into all aspects of a business and its data, and providing rich analysis and guidance to the senior leadership team? The Data Analyst role will be supporting the CEO, Finance, Sales, and Marketing for both our lines of business - Envision IT and Extranet User Manager (www.extranetusermanager.com). You'll play a key role in guiding the strategy and direction as we execute an aggressive growth strategy.

Envision IT (and Extranet User Manager) is 20+ year old Microsoft Gold Partner company that is very much in scale up mode over the last year. While the majority of the 21 staff have been with Envision IT for 5-20 years, we've added 6 new hires in the last 12 months, and are looking to fill 3-5 additional roles before the end of 2023. The team collectively decided not to return to the office, and we've fully embraced remote working. While much of the work is organized through Microsoft Teams meetings, we balance that with regular face to face meetings, both for work and social purposes.

Extranet User Manager is a suite of products targeted at organizations that want to build an online community on top of the Microsoft 365 platform. External user on-boarding and management, an end-user portal and content management system, documents collaboration, and reporting and dashboards are all part of the solution. Scenarios include customer, partner, vendor, donor, volunteer, or citizen portals.
